The PNEUMATIC WASHING TANK has been designed and manufactured for the washing, using solvent, of components/accessories that are part of machines/equipment that during their use get dirty with inks, paints, adhesives, resins, etc.
The washing is carried out by means of solvent jets on the components/accessories.
After opening the tank lid and positioning the components/accessories on the washing grid, the lid is closed and the washing cycle starts.
A pneumatic pump draws the solvent from a containment tank through filters and delivers it in a series of pipes with a pressure of approx. 3-4 bar.
These pipes carry the solvent to the washing nozzles positioned near the components/accessories to be washed.
The washing is carried out by means of:
The mechanical action of the liquid against the part (pressure created by the nozzles);
The action of dissolving the dirt generated by the solvent.

The dirty washing liquid returns to the containment tank through a discharge pipe.
At the end of the washing cycle, the rinsing cycle can be performed (rinsing option) where the pneumatic pump sucks the clean solvent from an external tank to perform the rinsing of the parts removing possible residues from the previous washing.
At the end of the washing and/or rinsing cycle, the suction of the gases generated during the washing-rinse can be carried out (suction option).
At the end of this phase, the operator can open the washing tank lid and remove the cleaned parts.
The time necessary to execute the washing cycle is determined by the quantity of components/accessories to be washed, how dirty they may be and the time during which they have been dirty.
