High performance machine for the production of bags with side seal flexible handle, from suitable LDPE polyethylene film with a mix percentage of up to 30% LLDPE.

The machine can work all these thicknesses: 2 x are two layers of plastic (front and back of the bag) and 4 x are four layers (when you do bottom folding on the bag, weld 4 layers). Some will be more optimal than others depending on the lip radius of the welding rod which is usually 1.0 mm to 1.2 mm. For example, if you want to weld polypropylene, the radius would be approx. 0.3 mm; the one that the machine currently has is suitable for the materials and thicknesses indicated.
