Tool flange with heated clamping ring in 2 halves and support.
Flange is equipped with heated flange ring for reception of melt pressure transducer and melt temperature feeler with ½ - 20 UNF thread.
The extruder is fitted with an AC drive with a specification designed by Weber.
Heating.
The detachable measuring points zone 8 + 9 are each equipped with two socket system CEE type with three poles protected with 25 amps. This corresponds to a max heating capacity of 5.5 Kw per external heating point.
The detachable measuring points on zones 10 – 23 are each equipped with two sockets system CEE type 5 poles protected with 25 amps. This corresponds to a max heating capacity of 15.0 Kw per external heating point.

Eight caterpillar haul off with 4 tilting caterpillar’s with vulcanised neutral rubber pads.
Each caterpillar has vectorial motors for hauling of rigid plastic pipes from OD 160 – 803 mm.
Upper caterpillar with tilting control.
From OD 160 – 355 mm the machine works with 4 caterpillars whereas from od 400 – 803 the machine works with 8 caterpillars.
