In 2001 we installed a completely new strawberry processing system which breaks away from the traditional berry processing scheme. This new system achieves a higher quality in the final product, as it gets higher viscosity, it preserves its natural color, and it maintains a higher level of vitamin C.

Our main objective with this evolution in the manufacturing process, thanks to our I+D+I department, was to is to contribute to our clients competitive advantage development by improving their productivity through a new design and production solution.

Our berries processing solutions is designed for the processing of fresh berries into various products such as:
