W.M. WRAPPING MACHINERY SA INTEC is a complete thermoforming sheet extrusion line designed for inline or offline integration with thermoforming presses. It extrudes single- or multi-layer PS, PP, PET, PLA, HIPS and barrier structures (e.g., EVOH) using gravimetric dosing, melt filtration, gear-pump control and a polished roll stack with automatic thickness regulation and winding. Typical outputs feed trays, lids and cups for food, medical and consumer packaging, enabling closed-loop regrind use and upstream/downstream process synchronization.
