PROCOMAC S.p.A., based in Parma, Italy, was founded in 1979 by technicians with extensive experience in bottling technology. The company expanded thanks to the success of its complete filling lines and aseptic filling systems. In 2006, it already employed 540 people. In 2007 it was acquired by the GEA group and went on to form the GEA Procomac brand. GEA is a multinational company based in Germany that offers a wide range of solutions for the beverage and liquid industry. Procomac will make new test in the next 15 days in order to be able to guarantee a lower oxygen content.
