Holding time: 20-120 sec. Piping 5 cm in diameter (DN50) at roughly 88 meters. Switching can be done at multiple positions. Max capacity = 4000 l/h; double holding time can be achieved by lowering the capacity= 2000 l/h.


4 stage pasteurizer: Recuperation 1, Heating, Recuperation 2, Coooling. Automatic process, with automatic regulation of temperature. Graphical temperature registration. Possibility of connecting to computer network for data storage.

Max pasteurizing temperature: Inlet 4 dgr, Pasteurization 72-95 dgr, Outlet 4-45 dgr (programmable). Design max temperature: 120 dgr.

Products: It is programed for milk, but could be used for cream too. Max capacity for cream: 2000 l/h

The machine has been disconnected in the beginning of December 2020.
