The line is composed of the following machines:

- Washer, filler, capper, cap elevator and 3 meters of bottle conveyors (1,5 m at the entrance and 1,5 meter at the exit)
- A second heat exchanger to heat the washing tank (one heat exchanger is for use with hot water and the second is for use with steam)
- A complete set of spare parts, such as pumps, inverter for pumps, a second main PLC, brush, pliers to keep the bottles upright inside washer, etc. (a
complete list can be prepared upon request)

Over the three recent years, the washer has been completely upgraded and overhauled (i.e. just in 2018 the main chain was renewed).
Practically, only the chassis of the machine has been as original. Specific components (i.e. pumps, valves, etc.) have been replaced with new, from
well-known manufacturers, to ensure highest quality and smooth and unstopped operation.
