Functions and Machine Components

Pouch production:
From main unwinder the web is always splitted in 2 parts.
Both halfs are separately guided until the meet again before the main longitudinal sealing station.
1-up to 4-up production possible.

Main unwinder:
Horizontal.
Reel width 400 to 1 220 mm.
Reel diameter 800 mm.
Shaft with 6 inch core stopper

Bottom:
3 unwinders for bottom material. Reel diameter 800 mm, width 400 mm.
Per step it’s possible to produce 1, 2, 3 or 4 standup pouches.

Side fold:
Material comes from 3 unwinders for the side fold for the production of 3 seal pouches. (Sides and Bottom)

Web edge control:
The lateral web run tolerance is +/- 1 mm.

Inline corner punch device:
4 Gusset punches, tool radius 5 mm.

Cooling station:
For longitudinal and cross seals.

Notch punch:
3 notch punches, each with 1 notch tool radius 5mm

Seal joints:
Up to cutting length 500 mm both sides of the pouch will be sealed with one step.

Blade cutting tools:
3 Blade cutters, each with 2 blades.

Edge trim winders: Not on machine

Top and bottom heated.
