Core loader machine SC-800.
A core loader is used together with slitting machine of the SC-900CL. Load paper and plastic cores on the shaft of the slitting machine. Core loader can load the cores without damage and at the same time load the new cores automatically. Effective length of the shaft from 650mm up to 1200mm long shaft.
The machine adopts the rotary feeding type of the cores. It is equipped with the newest auto controlling it system and with one touch control system, which is suitable for easy operation.

Automatic Roll Flatting Line / Conveyor SC-320RF
A roll fatting line is used together with slitting machine of the SC-900CL. Roll flatting line transports the rolls from the slitting machine to the packing machine/box. The roll flatting line has a separation unit with a roll separation function (breaking off) and with horizontal hammering unit (core hammering function) as well as output unit, which can be adjusted based on customer needs (1, 2 or 3 layer output). Roll flatting line can operate with roll from 35mm to 85mm diameter.
The machine adopts the PLC touch screen control system, with automatic separation and hammering system. It is equipped with one touch control system, which is suitable for easy operation.
