Machine for 3 layers surgical mask production.
The machine is fully automatic and produces up to 120 masks per minute. The optimal speed for minimum faults of production is 80-85 pieces per minute.
It can take 3 layers of Spunbond non-woven and Meltblown.
The ear loop and nose wire are done automatically.
The ear loop welding is done by ultrasonic without any human intervention.

The facemask machine is designed in EU and made in China, by using Japanese components for crucial parts (air pistons, valves, etc).
All surfaces and parts are made either by cast aluminium or stainless steel.
All parts are easy to change/repair as most intensive operation spare parts can be found in industrial equipment supply stores. The machine is made in a way that is easy to operate and trouble shoot.

The electrical connection is with a standard European socket and 240v. The installed capacity is 2,6kw and the machine needs a compressed air connection of 0,7mpa/CM2.
