All surfaces which contact to product AISI 316 S.S. and other surfaces are made AISI 304 S.S.
- One product outlet with two pistons.

Helical and basin’s interior surfaces are sandblasted in order to prevent sticking of curd dough. (only elbow throat and helicals are covered with teflon)
- With the support of helical, product can easily move through the molding tubes.

- Heating function is supplied from tubular serpentines in water basin
- ½” pneumatic piston valve and steam inlet ½” open atmosphere condense
