Largely made of high-quality stainless steel (V4A) and acid-resistant plastics, for the processing of:
heights from 30 - 300 mm
diameters from 40 - 160 mm
Capacity: up to 500 jars/minute, depending on the closure and jar diameters to be processed, including a set of set-up parts for 43 - 53 mm FAB/RTO Twist-Off® closures

The machine consists of two independent gear motors synchronised by frequency control. The adjustment of the conveyor belt speed can be done manually - via the corresponding adjustment parameters on the frequency converter, but we recommend synchronisation with the filling machine
The control cabinet of the capping machine (dimensions 760 x 360 x 760 mm), including PLC, is mounted on the machine base ready for connection
