Possibility to wind rolls on cores of diameters 76 and 112 mm (two sets of pneumatic expansion rollers).
The line has two working heads (rotary) with different mouthpiece diameters:
- bigger one (mouthpiece 280 mm) for web production to gross width 1200-1600 mm
- smaller (NEW, not used) for web production with widths below 1200 mm
Manual screen changer, there's a second hydraulic changer (to replace the manual one if necessary).
Line equipped with a set of filters with electrostatic separators for vapor extraction during the production process.
Full housing of the line together with additional extraction of production fumes guarantees that there is no troublesome "fogging" in the production hall, which is characteristic for the process of Stretch PVC production.
The line produced Stretch PVC films of 7 - 12 mic thickness, it is also possible to produce (special recipe + line equipment) DUPLO film e.g. 2x7 mic = 14 mic.
Additional perforator installed on the line, which allows to perforate a selected section of the produced film strip.
The line is equipped with a chiller with a capacity of 4000 m3 and cooling power of 56 kW, for on-line cooling of the air supplied to the head ring.
The line is equipped with a grinder for on-line return of side cuttings created in the process of cutting the sleeve into two strips; the material is returned on-line to the hopper with raw material feeding the extruder.
The line has additional feeder to the extruder raw material hopper, possibility of feeding material ground on an external mill (defective rolls, etc.).
The above solutions allow 100% reuse of the material for reprocessing into a finished product. Waste-free" production.
