This machine incorporates software for the detection of PE and PP films.
A further software this machine integrates, provides a statistical analysis of the "waste" stream entering the machine, with various types of indicators available: throughput, humidity, contamination etc.
It also has an enhanced version of Turbosorter (which has been exclusively developed and patented by PELLENC ST to steady the lightweight objects on the conveyor by applying a laminar airflow above the belt)
PELLENC ST has installed 7 sorting configurations in its software: 3 for Film stream, 2 for rigid plastic stream and 2 for PET.
This machine sorts (ejects/selects vs. rejects/dispenses) materials by product and/or by colour (black colour items are solely rejected).
This machine has been designed for an input of 1,000 kgs/hr and in order for it to operate it requires compressed air, to be provided by the owner/user of the machine.
