This machine can be used to produce up to 7-layer films using 5 extruders.
Monofoils are also possible.

There are 5 extruders, extruder A with 3.5" x 32D, extruder B with 2.5" x 28D, extruder S with 3.5" x 32D, extruder A with 1.5" x 28D and extruder O with 1.5" x 28D.
The extruders are complete with one screw each, with bimetal ejected barrel, temperature controlled and air cooled in zones, gear with integrated screw bearing, V-belt drive, hopper and two level indicators, screw made of chrome steel, with Colmonoy armoured webs, with mixing zone, drilled for water cooling.
All extruders are equipped with hydraulic screen changers Kreyenbourg. All extruders are equipped with feed and internal screw cooling (water).
The machine has 3 different feed blocks (manifold blocks) to make different recipes.
There are 2 Dies from ERWEPA with widths of 1500 mm and 2,000 mm - working widths of 1330 mm and 1700 mm respectively. All Dies are equipped with a vacuum box. All Dies are automatic Dies (controlled by expansion bolts).
3 chill rolls each with temperature control unit.
Casting roll: 2150 mm wide diameter is 700 mm.
1st and 2nd chill rolls both have 2150 mm width and 420 mm diameter.
