The hot,dehumidified air passes through the product, keeping it in suspension, while a mixer keeps the product moving, making it as homogeneous as possible.
In practical terms this means that the product suffers less stress and therefore maintains its organoleptic characteristics.
The machine works at much lower temperatures than other technologies, ensuring a significant reduction in energy consumption and running costs.
