Only circular knives are needed to cut paper. The machine worked with cellophane, a material that is between plastic and paper and it was done with blades.

The web guiding system is included.
The machine is sold with suction hoses from the edges to the suction fan and with a suction fan but not beyond.
The machine is equipped with 2 lever arms to lift the reels when unwinding.

For cutting BOPP and CPP: the machine can do it
For cutting PE, it should be able to do it but it will depend on the thicknesses with a risk of stretching the strip in case of excess tension. We do not cut PE on this machine and have no experience.
