The piston dosing unit is electrically driven by a servo motor and adjusted by recipes in the control system.

The machine is fully CIP and SIP capable.
The machine includes 2 filling pumps and a static mixer for the production of fruit yoghurt or fruit curd. This means mixing 2 components.
The pump line and its control are adjusted to the filling machine so that a fruit yoghurt or similar with a content of 10-20 % can be filled.
