The edge strips, endless or pre-cut, are conveyed into the infeed area of the of the machine. The rotating screw in this infeed area picks up the edge strips and conveys them via a compression zone into the extruder.
The heart of the machine is the innovative infeed design, which makes it possible to wrap the endless edge trims around the screw core and thus prevents jerky feeding.
In the extruder, the material is gently melted and homogenized.
