The MB 3200 line has been upgraded with the follows:
Electrical charger: Including 100kV/ 20mA generator, voltage with the original electrostatic electret generator selected negative voltage. Two sets of high-voltage generators with 2 sets of electrodes per each.
Installation of 4 molybdenum wires with suitable length for distance adjustment of discharging
Off-line charger ( 1.6m)
Upgrading/modification to web forming machine: modification to suction area which enable to use local made conveyor belt with higher breathability
