TX500S Particle Cleaning Equipment (Purifine Line) to produce clean PET flakes (Fines).

During the PET bottle washing process, there will be centrifugal dryer in different section. Purifine is a washing line designed to wash the fine(powder) coming out from each different dryer and turn it into material that can be reintroduced into higher application.
Its process includes: Powder cleaning , hot washing and rinsing.
The non-PET impurities, beverages etc mixed in the PET Flakes will be separated under appropriate conditions by chemical agents and water

Procedure:
The PET powder is transported to the Particle Cleaner. The cleaned PET powder will be transported to the Hot Washing Machine by the Screw Conveyor.
Then, the powder enters the Horizontal Dryer via the Discharging Screw Conveyor of Hot Washing Machine.
The powder will be processed by the Rinsing Machine, the Discharging Screw Conveyor of Rinsing Machine and the Horizontal Dryer for the rinsing and drying.
