- A BANDERA twin-screw extruder model 55LD42;
- A dosing unit called ‘KYARA’ positioned upstream of the extruder, in the part closest to the motor. The Kyara consists of four granule hoppers that mix up to four different materials. The resulting mix is then handled by a single main dosing unit (DOS 1) also naturally positioned upstream of the twin-screw line. Loading of the KYARA's four hoppers is fully automatic and controlled by a blower positioned on the floor. The latter is connected to four lances that are each inserted into a different bag of material that you have chosen to mix. The mixing proportions are set by an operator directly on the control panel dedicated to the dosing unit;
- A dosing unit named (DOS 2) suitable for both granule and powder, with automatic loading by means of a dedicated blower and placed in the same position as dosing unit 1;
- A dosing unit for powder only, with automatic loading by means of a blower positioned at the top of the casing (DOS 3). This feeder is positioned in the section of the twin-screw immediately following feeder 1 and 2;
- A feeder for powder only with fully manual loading carried out by an operator (DOS 4) positioned in the section of the twin-screw closest to the header;
All feeders were supplied by Epistolio Srl.
- No. 2 twin screw feeders positioned on the side of the extruder used for the powder in the various mixtures. The twin screw feeders are fed directly from feeders 3 and 4 and can both work at two different speeds;
- A dosing pump for liquids;
