Fully automated line including:
• GAI Filling/Corking Monoblock
· The filling process is carried out using 8 filling valves, operating under vacuum for more efficient filling
· Corker with a single corking head and inert gas dosing (the inert gas prevents product oxidation by avoiding contact with oxygen), ideal for cork stoppers
• MEB ADL10/S2 Labeling/Capsuling Machine
· The labeling machine has two stations, one for the front label and one for the back label, both self-adhesive
· The capsuling system automatically dispenses caps for each bottle, and the heat-shrinking head tightens plastic caps onto the bottles
The processes of the line are connected via an integrated conveyor belt, which includes a product accumulation table for finished bottles
All components of the line are equipped with speed variators, ensuring perfect synchronization between each stage of the process
The equipment is in excellent condition, featuring stainless steel and plexiglass safety guards that comply with CE (Conformité Européenne) requirements
