Line for roasting, milling and packaging of coffee
1. Input and weighing of raw coffee (1998). Input vessel (120 kg)
2. Roasting, cleaning and weighting of row coffee (1963),
- Roaster for coffee on LPG – PROBAT T.120 (120kg),
- Complete chimney made from inox,
- Separator for stones and other hard contaminants
3. Transportation and storage of the roasted coffee beans (1998):
- Pneumatic transporter for coffee, for filling the main silos, with speed of 1,3 t/h,
- Rotational distributor for coffee in 12 directions,
- Main silos for roasted coffee with 12 chambers, with total capacity of 13 t, diameter:
4500 mm, height: 5330 mm + channel 2500 mm deep,
- Mixer for the roasted coffee beans, complete, with separator,
- Coffee beans sorter
- Automatic system for making mixtures from different coffee beans sorts,
- Two pneumatic transporters, for suppling the packaging machine for coffee beans, and the milling machine for the coffee, with speed of 0,9 t/h,
- Command center for the line.
4. Transportation and storage of the ground coffee (2000):
- Silos above the coffee milling machine, with capacity of 300 kg,
- Coffee milling machine (roller system), with two rows of rollers, model: M.G. RMD-250- 018,
- Silos for storage of the ground coffee, with capacity of 1200 kg, complete with inlet and outlet pneumatic transportation system,
- Two siloes for ground coffee with capacity of 600 kg, complete with inlet and outlet pneumatic transportation system.
5. Packaging of the ground coffee (2000):
- Automatic machine for packaging of the ground coffee, with possibility of packing in regular or vacuum atmosphere, with pillow bag maker from a foil, model: SERAM ORION JUNIOR. Packaging types: 250 g and 500 g for vacuum, and 100 g in regular atmosphere.
Real speed according to the product: 250g(vacuum) - 12 bags/min;
500g(vacuum) - 12 bags/min; 100g(regular atmosphere) – 27 bags/min,

6. Packaging of the coffee beans (2003):
- Silos for the coffee beans, above the packaging machine, with capacity of 300 kg,
- Automatic machine for packaging of the coffee beans, with brick bag maker from a foil, with one way valve, model: SERAM FAIRY V.F.F.S. WH 192. Packaging types: 1000 g and 500 g. Real speed according to the product: 1000 g - 6 bags/min; 500 g - 10 bags/min,
- Printer MARKEM Smart Date 2.
7. Automatic foil wrapping machine of the bags in bigger transportation packaging (2003):
- Automatic line with shrink wrapping machine, model: LP PACKAGING SFE 800.
The equipment is still installed in the production hall, but out of use. Can be tested only in dry cycle.
