Buster type car seat made of HDPE (weight group: 15-36 kg)
Car seat made of PS (weight group 15-36 kg)

Mold types:

3 extrusion blow moulding moulds:
Seat. Product weight: 1.4 kg (PE).
Normal backrest. Product weight: 1.7 kg (PE).
Backrest with moving head support. Product weight: 1.4 kg (PE)

1 injection moulding mould:
Chair head support. Product weight: 0.5 kg (PP)

2 injection moulding moulds for fittings and locks (PP or PE)

1 double mould for polystyrene products:
Backrest and seat as an assembly. Product weight: 0.75 kg (PS)

Year of production of the moulds: 2010.
Produced in Poland and Russia.
The moulds have only been in production for about three years intermittently.

850 sets of plastic chair shells of weight group 9-36 kg with head support.

Production was carried out on HAITIAN injection moulding machine (500 tons) and accumulation extrusion blow moulding machine Klupp Machinery China KLB 100. (Head filling weight: 12 kg.).
