Prozess Description:
- Acceptance of the products (online track type A) and transportation to the individual packaging modules (processing of the jars using individual handles)
- Separating the flat cardboard blanks from a magazine
- Gluing, folding and gluing the carton
- Transporting the cartons to the individual packaging modules
- Manual loading of filled trays at 2 stations (type B and C) incl. buffer section for trays
- Unloading the manually fed trays
- Transport of the products (types B and C) to the individual packaging modules
- Unloaded trays are automatically fed to the carton line
- The jars are inserted into the cartons continuously, each jar is inserted individually
- Packaging modules work independently of each other, i.e. if one unit fails, the
