The machine has been constantly maintained , in 1996 a complete revamping was made with original WP parts . The maintenance includes the mixing chambers plates, sealing of drop door and durst stop sealing rings, rotors were OK. Dosing System It’s composed by n°10 silos with a capacity of 10 cubic meters each. Screw transporter are installed to load the scales. From scale to mixing chamber the transfer is by gravity. The control system is able to manage the all line including mixing cycles, recipes and materials quantity.
