TAMBLEX coconut water extractor machine
Includes:
Inlet silo: used to select coconuts arriving from the field. Two or three people will select the coconuts, and when the raw material enters, it will fall directly onto the initial conveyor
Conveyor belt: used to transport pre-washed coconuts to the brush washer, which will complete the washing process
1 m x 5 m long
Conveyor speed 10 m/min.
Brush Washer: used to completely remove all dirt from the coconut by means of a water jet and rotary brushing, sending the coconuts to the immersion tank with chlorine drip
Inlet and outlet pipe (stainless steel).
Washer with 25 nylon brushes.
1 shower set (5 tubes) with spray nozzles.
Stainless steel contact side.
Immersion tank: used to receive the coconut already washed and cleaned by the brushes, the coconut falls into the chlorinated water, remaining in the water from the beginning of the tank until the conveyor belt rises, which is approximately 60 seconds. This eliminates all harmful bacteria contained in the shell. The coconut then enters the tank's conveyor belt, passing through a shower with a jet of preferably filtered water, which thoroughly washes the coconut, thus eliminating all the chlorine contained in it
AISI 304 stainless steel.
It has a pump to circulate the water and push the coconuts.
It has a 45° outlet end, connected to an AISI 304 stainless steel roller conveyor, driven by side chains powered by a gear motor with direct coupling to the drive shaft.
Rinsing showers at the top are powered by a sanitary centrifugal pump with a motor connected to the drinking water network.
Dryer: used to dry the coconuts using four motorised fans. The coconuts are transported by a conveyor belt passing through the fans, towards the ramp that will place the coconuts on the positioning rollers.
5 fans with useful dimensions in the washing area of 1,000 x 4,000 mm.
Positioner: used to position the coconuts that will enter the extractor for cutting in the transverse direction, thus avoiding deformation of the shell.
Extractor: the purpose is to cut the coconuts transversally to facilitate extraction. The coconut enters the extractor and is cut by a V-shaped knife, separating the water and the shell. The coconut water falls through a grid into a tank located below the extractor and is then transported by a pump through the cooling plates, while the shells are ejected from the sides of the extractor and fall onto the disposal conveyor belt.
304 stainless steel.
Coconut cutting: with 2 knives.
Water sieve: stainless steel.
Power consumption: 3KWA.
Electrical voltage: 220V / 380V – 60Hz.
Production: up to 6,000 coconuts per hour.
Disposal conveyor belt: its purpose is to transport the shells to the place where they will be disposed of.
Dimensions: 1m x 5m in length.
Belt speed: 10 m/min.
Dual filters: their purpose is to perform complete filtering, taking the coconut water directly to the cooling plates; the reason for having dual filters is to facilitate filter replacement without stopping production.
30" filter element with 10 microns, entire stainless steel housing, dual filters so as not to stop the line, comes with Nestch positive pump.
10. Plate cooler: its purpose is to cool the coconut water to 2°C so that it can then enter the pasteuriser; it is sent in a closed circuit.
Plate exchanger for cooling coconut water, all stainless steel. Initial temperature: 28°C.
Output temperature: 2°C.
Production: 2000 L/h.
