Complete repair of the sheet width at the material inlet, replace all bearings and gears, worm shafts, drive shaft, clean and reassemble.
Complete repair of the sheet width after the forming station, replace worm shafts and bearings.
Complete repair of the conveyor, straighten the conveyor, replace side plates, repair bottom plates, realign conveyor fasteners, clean, and reassemble.
Repair the chain drive, replace bearings and sprockets.
Repair all limit switches on the die-cutting and stacking stations.
Perform a overhaul of the punching station, install automatic lubrication, completely disassemble the punching station from the machine, repair tables, repair and align the intermediate section using 0.02 and 0.01 gauges to achieve perfect parallelism, clean and repair height adjustment wheels and spacer discs, repair adjustment chain wheels and tensioners, sand the table surfaces with a grinding stone until a perfectly flat surface is achieved.
