Description of items to be supplied
- 1x Single screw extruder Cincinnati-Battenfeld type ALPHA 60/25. Ratio L/D, 25/1. A.C motor 33 KW. Screw designed for PA for a better blending of the two different materials.
5 Heating sections for the barrel, of 2.4 kW each, tot. 12 kW. 5 Cooling sections for the barrel, of 0.25 kW each, tot. 1.25 kW. Water cooling ring under the hopper. Hopper with 45 kg of capacity. Mica bands for the barrel. Vertical gear box. Control panel located on board with all extruder's main controls. Temperature control board for extruder. Provided with 9 heating sections.
