TEMPO® is an automated platform for analyzing food quality indicators. Quality/hygiene indicators are key to defining both food quality and food safety, representing the largest volume of tests in typical food-safety testing workflows — helping monitor the process, environment, and final product.

How it works:
The system is based on the "TEMPO® card," using a robust and reliable Most Probable Number (MPN) method. Each card contains 48 miniaturized tubes, improving result accuracy and microorganism recovery across a 3.7-log reading range. This unique system greatly simplifies quality analysis across a wide range of sample matrices.
