This recycling line is specifically designed for recycling High-Tenacity polyester yarns.
The bales can be placed directly into the robot, where they are cut a first time. After a metal inspection, they are cut a second time and automatically fed onto the conveyor belt to the shredder.
After a metal inspection, they are ground by the shredder and fed into the extruder by an Archimedes screw.
In the shredder, dried air is blown at a temperature of 130° to reduce humidity. The extruder is equipped with a double degassing zone powered by a high vacuum pump Busch.
An automatic backflush filter with two filter channels automatically cleans the filters when the differential pressure becomes too high.
The molten polymer is cooled by means of a water slide before entering the granulator. After granulation, the pellets enter a centrifuge to separate the water and dry further.
At the end, the granules end up on a sieve to separate non-conforming granules from the good product. The granules can then be transported directly to the crystallizer or directly into the storage silo.
The complete line can be operated by 1 person and has a capacity of 300 - 350 kg/h depending on material input
