Channel baler equipped with vertical pre-compression flaps, an automatic tie-down system, and a
hydraulically operated compression channel for fully automatic bale production.

The vertical pre-compression flaps in the baler's feeding opening close simultaneously, creating a
closed compression channel. This results in the production of optimally heavy, homogeneous bales
without the need for cutting. The flaps are constructed in such a way that the forces acting upon
them are effectively absorbed. The front flap is smaller in relation to the load distribution and is
equipped with teeth that allow material to be cut between the flaps. The rear flap is equipped with a
hydraulic escape mechanism and an anti-blocking switch, so that intervention is kept to a minimum.

The baler is ideally suited for processing paper, cardboard, plastic film, rigid plastics, big bags, and
other recyclable materials. The press ram is equipped with teeth, which facilitates the processing of
very expansive materials.
