    PAI case palletizer 6251 was built in 1995. It was taken back into the manufacturer at Montgomery and refurnished (6251R) in 2005 It has a PLC 5/11 and that can be upgraded to a 5/20 if needed (this just adds more memory) Machine can run up to 40 cases per minute, and can run both 3’x3’ & 40”x48” pallets The following stack patterns are loaded in the machine: - 12oz glass bottles on 36”x 36” pallets = 8 cases per layer/ 6 layers high - 12oz glass bottles on 40” x 48” pallets = 10 cases per layer/ 6 layers high - 20oz bottles on 36” x 36” pallets = 6 cases per layer/ 7 layers high - 20oz bottles on 40” x 48” pallets = 10 cases per layer/ 6 layers high - 1-liter bottles in 15 count cardboard boxes on 40” x 48” pallets = 9 cases per layer/ 5 layers high - 2-liters on 36” x 36” pallets = 8 cases per layer/ 5 layers high Stack height can be adjusted on any of the patterns on the touch screen
