Used Pouch making machine

The machine was made to produce bags from multilayer shrink films for meat, cheese, poultry and fish packaging. It can produce vacuum pouches in all their diversity in the form of 3-side seal, 2-side seal and tubular bags. This machine is able to process any laminated film, any (a) symmetric flexible film such as – for example – PA/Tie/PE, PA/Tie/PE/Tie/PE and PE/Tie/PA/Tie/PE as well as tubular film Thickness range - 50 to 200μm (flat film). Reel diam. max. - 600mm. Reel is automatically fluently unwinding. Working width max. - 800mm. Winder is prepared for 2 reels, including suitable brakes. Inner core diam. - 76 and 152mm. Length of bag - Maximum length of 3-side seal bags = 800mm. Maximum width of 3-side seal bags = arbitrary. Maximum length of tubular bags = arbitrary. Maximum width of tubular bags = 750mm. The length (machine step) is set electronically. Skip sealing is possible Positioning raster sealing bars min. - 1mm Accuracy of step - 0,1mm. Controlled by servomotor. Stacking units - Stacking unit, stacking height max. is 100bags. Printed bags - Photocell controlled system. Sealing type - Both time and temperature are controlled.
