The line consists of :

*SILO FOR FILM, CAPACITY: mc 2
internal movement controlled by a 2 HP motor reducer. - min/max levels both visual with plexiglass panels and electric with alarm lamp - door for control and cleaning - cyclone for material inlet equipped with bag filters for air decantation.

*FORCED FEEDING
hopper for forced feeding provided for fixing to the extruder - pressure screw controlled by 1 HP gear motor. - easily interchangeable LK3 feeding section
There is an opening on the hopper (see photo), but it is possible to install an additional feed.

*EXTRUDER 60 LD 35 WITH DEGASIFICATION
welded steel structure - gearbox without gear change with case-hardened, hardened and ground gears contained in spheroidal graphite cast iron - reduction ratio 1/10 - oil-bath lubrication with pump and heat exchanger for internal cooling - barrel and screws in nitriding steel, improved to 100 kg. and nitrided at 1050 HVC - degassing with lateral chimney provided for the application of the monomer removal device connected to the vacuum pump - cast iron casting feed zone with built-in water circulation cooling chamber, easily controllable from the outside for cleaning without having to dismantle it and provided with nitrided internal jacket with longitudinal grooves easily interchangeable - foreseen for the application of the forced hopper - 6 barrel temperature control zones connected by thermocouples to the general control panel - each zone is cooled by 1 centrifugal fan - heating ceramic resistors.

*VACUUM PUMP FOR DEGASSING
2 HP liquid ring pump. - provided with container for monomer extraction device - manometer for vacuum control and connection pipes to the degassing chimney.

*D.C. MOTORIZATION
100 HP direct current motor. equipped with tachometric dynamo for screw/motor rotation control - 1:10 constant torque 1:10 motor speed control feeder - armature voltage 440 V - excitation 110/ 220 V - 380 V 50 Hz line - equipped with control and command board with built-in three-phase feeder for maximum power 100 HP. - general disconnector and all accessories.

* TEMPERATURE CONTROL PANEL
with 6 double intervention electronic thermoregulators for the thermowell and 5 single intervention for the control of the screen changer and head - IP 45 dustproof execution - daily/weekly clock and display for self-diagnostic routine.

* MANUAL SCREEN CHANGER
filtering section diam. 90 mm- - body in forged sink - sliding plate in hardened and ground steel.

*PRESSURE CONTROL
pressure control of the fluid mass with membrane probe - double alarm thresholds: the first one for signalling, the second one for safety shutdown of the extruder - acoustic/visual alarm signalling device placed on the main panel.

*WATER HEAD CUTTING
neck for connection to the screen changer - vertical axis extrusion head with interchangeable die - circular stainless steel cooling chamber - blade-holder star driven by 3 HP AC motor with cutting pressure adjustment - tilting water / pellet conveyor and screen for separating them made of stainless steel water collection tank with 2 HP centrifugal pump. - mechanical centrifuge with vertical axis driven by 3 HP motor. with compartment basket and control doors for cleaning built in stainless steel steam extraction fan placed on the upper part of the centrifuge - control and command panel equipped with thermoregulator.
