1 Plast-Compactor Type PC 700/250

Consisting of:
++Feeding Unit of the Plast-Compactor Type PC 700 :

Circular Buffer Tank with 2 level indicators, a service door, two windows and an agitator in the buffer container guarantees permanent filling of the feeding screw and prevents bridging.
The Feed Screw is mounted on generously sized rail system. That allows to decouple the Feeding Unit from the Plast-Compactor, for cleaning or maintenance, even with strong contamination.
Feed screw driven by a direct drive. The feed screw is divided in 2 pieces consisting of a bearing part and the transportation part.
The feeding unit is quickly and easily accessible for cleaning and maintenance.

++WiPa Plast-Compactor Type PC 700/250

The WiPA-Plast Compactor of the PC series is used for gentle processing of thermoplastic materials. In a continuous process the material is heated to its specific softening temperature area which is below the corresponding melting point.
The result is a high-quality agglomerate with high bulk density, easy to dose, with lowest possible thermal damage.
The feeding screw pre-compacts the plastic to be recycled and feeds it to the Plast-Compactor's disc pair. Kneading and rolling between the discs creates friction heat and plasticise, sinters and compresses the material.
