DESCRIPTION
- Servomotor driven cold cutting flying knife system.
- Stacking system by clamping that allows working without piercing the bag.
- Servomotor and inverter system provides precision and automatically gives the length of the bag.
- Bag length and quantity can be adjusted on the touch screen and incorporated into the IPC system. Bag count and machine speed can be viewed on the touch screen.
- The machine has a photocell, which gives it the ability to produce one line of printed bags or two lines of unprinted bags.
- Ability to work with High Density Polyethylene (HDPE), Low Density Polyethylene (LDPE) and recycled polyethylene material.
- The machine will stop and give information on the screen when:
The roll is empty,
The print mark is not in the correct position.
The bags are jammed in the folding area.
- The Zigzag unit prevents the sealing of the bags from sticking together
- The bundles of bags are formed on the arc of the automatic table. This table is included in the machine as standard. It has a roll synchronization system. - Two plastic rolls can be used at the same time on the unwinder unit.
