The plant for sale consists of the following departments with related machinery all in excellent condition:
1. THERMOPAK automated assembly line for the production of kitchens and/or panelled furniture.
2. ESSETRE bar/top pantograph.
3. ESSEDUE automated bar/top magazine.
4. Hinge insertion machine (with loaders for SALICE and FERRARI) 2BR.
5. Manual edgebanding machine KOMPACT (also for curved tops).
6. KOMPACT manual trimming machine (also for curved edges).

Everything is automated from start to finish with photocells and software designed for the maximum production capacity of 30 kitchens per day and with the use of only 5 employees on the entire line.

-The 5 m long pantograph for bars/tops consists of 8 movable shelves with a magazine for 12 tools and an on-board chip suction system.

-The bar/tops warehouse is prepared for 40 horizontal 4.5-metre bar/tops positions
with total loading capacity of 480 bars/tops arranged for 12 bars for each type.
The magazine is equipped with an electronic unloading roller conveyor with automatic positioning of the bar/top to be processed in front of the pantograph.
The pick-up of the bar/top is automatic and the choice of the type is made on board the machine.

-The hinge boring machine can load any type of hinge. Loaders for SALICE and FERRARI hinges are supplied with the machine.
The machine is also prepared for drilling handles on the door and has an on-board chip suction system.
