The centrifugal extractors of the JUMBO Series are able to offer solutions to any technological problem of solid-liquid and solid-liquid-liquid separation.

- Slenderness ratio up to 4.37:1 which guarantees high working capacity and important operational advantages;
- Vibration monitoring and supervision system;
- Stainless steel product contact parts with high chemical-mechanical performance, suitable for specific product/process requirements;
- Protection against wear of the auger helix, with sintered tungsten carbide platelets in the areas subject to the highest wear, high hardness materials for the product intake and dehydrated product evacuation sections (easy to replace and/or replace);
- Automatic operation and low energy consumption;
- Suspensions with high damping efficiency.
- Gradual start-up of the centrifugal extractor and regulation of the drum rotation speed through the inverter;
- Automatic lubrication system managed by the control panel.
- Electronic Rotovariator: it is a device entirely designed, built and industrialized by Pieralisi Group, covered by international patent: it allows the continuous and automatic regulation of the centrifugal extractor according to the characteristics of the fed product, thanks to the electronic control that adapts the differential turns of the screw in relation to the instantaneous load; it allows the energy saving because it returns to the main motor the absorbed couple;
-Electronic panel and control system: supervision and measurement of the main process parameters of the machine; monitoring and control of the bearings temperature;

Electrical panel:
The Jumbo series is capable of working in auger torque control mode, whose parameters are monitored and managed from the state-of-the-art touch screen. This variant, combined with the innovative features of the centrifugal extractor, maximizes the degree of dewatering of the centrifuged sediments.
The electrical panel built for the Jumbo series is divided into two sections:
- Control and power distribution.
- Management of process parameters.
This second section has a panel that allows continuous monitoring of the operating status of the centrifugal extractor and process parameters.
