The BioJet method is an eco-friendly method that cleans anilox rolls quickly and effectively.
With the BioJet In-Press you can clean anilox rolls fully automatically, while they are still installed in the printing press.
The BioJet In-Press cleans your anilox rolls by means of blasting with sodium bicarbonate (NaHCO3).
The BioJet Cabinet blasts the sodium bicarbonate (hardness 2,5 Moh) against the ceramic (hardness 6,5 Moh) anilox roll under a pressure of 2,8-2,3 bar) to remove the pollution form the cells without damaging the ceramic or chrome anilox roll.
The BioJet In-Press is very suitable for cleaning anilox rolls with a low to medium number of lines per cm (8-240 L/cm).
