The cylinders are replaced every 18 months using PET. In other materials they would last much longer. The cost for a cylinder rebuild is around 650 Euro

Ideal for open trays since it heats, forms and cuts in the one station. Typical would be biscuit trays or chocolate trays etc. Also clamshells have been manufactured on this machine mainly with a hinged lid and pips

There are two extra twin machines in the same location, both have been already decomissioned (one from 2011 and one from 2012)

Also included 2 tools (for clamshells and sandwich wedge)

This machine will be dismanlted in June 2017
