1. Kosme ’’ KSB 3000 S1”
Production – 4500 bottles / h
Comes with:
- automatic feeding system that includes funnel, conveyor and gravitational mold separator.
- Separation and transfer unit

- kosmatic exit for discarding ruined PET bottles
- auxilliary mecanism for changing the moulds.

2. Kosme ’’TAE 051” cooling unit
- Used for cooling the blowed PET bottles
- Same capacity as the Kosme KSB 3000 S1 blowing machine

3. Kaeser “CSDX 137” compressor

- For PET bottles up to 2.5 Litres
- High pressure “PET series” dryer with air filter
- Vertical tank for high pressure (40 bar)

10. Packing system, using constrictive foil

- Fotoelectric cell for safety. It blocks the process if it ecounters any object

- Temeprature control with electric termoregulator with PLC and alarm system
- Forced ventilation and air recycling system
- Installed power : 40 kW
- While in use, energy usage is reduced by 40% because the machine has 2 electric resistances. One is always in use, while the second is connected to a thermostat and only works when is needed, to keep the desired temperature +/- 5 degrees

11. “Euromix 10” mixer

- Designed to produce soft drinks, by mixing water with syrup and CO2
