· Coextruder, single screw type, diam. 48/33D with venting unit and manual screen changer,
· 2 layers Feed Block “A-B” geometry (A=skin layer by coextruder; B=bottom layer by main extruder); T-Die for sheet complete with choke bar and replaceable bottom lips for thickness range 0,2-2 mm. Upper lip manually adjustable, front deckling bars for width adjustment,
· Vertical calender with three rolls having diameter 400 mm, nominal width 1000 mm, independent motors fed by inverters. Rolls closing system by hydraulic unit and motorized adjusting of the GAP (automatic GAP system), N° 2 additional cooling rolls diam. 200 mm for foil, idle rotation.
