Line features:

· Main extruder corotating twin screw extruder type, diam. 50mm L/D 36 with venting unit and thermoregulated barrel with water thermoregulation unit. Screws and barrel with sectors execution, each sector L/D length. Motor 120 kW, screws speed up to 600 rpm. Complete with : gravimetric dosing system, 3 ingredients by Colortronic; hydraulic screen changer; gear pump,

· Coextruder, single screw type, diam. 48/33D with venting unit and manual screen changer,

· 2 layers Feed Block “A-B” geometry (A=skin layer by coextruder; B=bottom layer by main extruder); T-Die for sheet complete with choke bar and replaceable bottom lips for thickness range 0,2-2 mm. Upper lip manually adjustable, front deckling bars for width adjustment,

· Vertical calender with three rolls having diameter 400 mm, nominal width 1000 mm, independent motors fed by inverters. Rolls closing system by hydraulic unit and motorized adjusting of the GAP (automatic GAP system), N° 2 additional cooling rolls diam. 200 mm for foil, idle rotation. Thermoregulation unit with three independent citcuits. Unwinding shafts for upper or bottom lamination fitted with pneumatic brake for manual tension control, 4 m. roller set

· Haul-off unit with rubber-coated rolls and edges triming + central cut by fixed blades and rotating blades (scissor cut, by upper and bottom disc blade), n° 2 trimmed edges chopper machines with belt conveyor for pieces discharge.

· Foil winding unit with n° 2 winder each one with n° 2 cantilever shafts (total 4 winding shafts), expansion type, 8” diameter (200mm), reels widh 700mm. Maximum reels diameter 1200 mm.

· Electric cabinet for power, thermoregulation and control by PLC Siemens, S7 type. Operator panel, calender mounted, with Siemes touch-screen 10” and push-buttons,
