8 Pneumatic Ink Pumps

Automatic washingsystem SELF CLEANING EXCITINK LITE with integrated ultrasonic visco:
Is an automatic and single-pump washing system. The balance between the incoming and the returned color allows optimum printing of the ink in the doctoring chamber during printing operation.
This is especially recommended for high speed presses. The system consists of the following components:
- The complete unit is integrated between the machine panel and the printing unit frame. Divided into individual units per inking unit.
- A pneumatic paint pump per unit for the supply (3/4 ") and return (1") of the color. The pump frequency adapts automatically to the machine speed.
- Universal lid for all Comexi's color containers (20, 30 or 40 liters). Including filter, magnet and stirring system NATURAL MIXING, allows the installation of the pneumatic stirring system.
- The system uses the 20l color container from Comexi.
- The system is electronically controlled.

Stainless steel piping between the inking units and the paint tanks. Equipped with:
- A set of viscosity regulators is integrated into the inking system and is automatically cleaned by the selfcleaning unit.
The washing system can be programmed for the following three applications (for one inking unit or at the same time for all inking units):
1. Quick wash , 2. Standard washing 3. Intensive washing
The time required for a complete washing process to clean all inking units is between 4 - 5 min.

REGISTER MODULE
Automatic system for register presetting of all colors at the beginning of the work by the video camera. The system uses the AVT Prelude observation system and the Comexi electronics.
1.- Automatic system with CINGULAR DOT2: Cingular DOT² does the automatic register adjustment of the work by the real pressure, with a single point of 1.5mm (the same in all plates).
