Machine condition as on today : Metallizer machine is successfully running with output 20 tons per day ( calculated for 12 mic Polyester Film in maximum width ).

The evaporation boats are controlled by a separate cabinet with Eurotherm drives. Machine was installed with Eurotherm Thyristor Unit but completely replaced those with latest Eurotherm E-power converters along with new HMI in year 2014. These are latest technology by Eurotherm.
