Description:
The counted cup stacks are fed manually by hand on a single-lane infeed belt to the packer (fully automatically solutions have to be discussed in detail). In the carton packer the article stacks are pushed sidewise and being pre-lined in one layer. After reaching the set number of stacks the whole layer will be pushed into a moveable cage. This cage moves downwards in to the provided carton box. This procedure will be repeated until the box is finally packed. The finished box will be pushed out of the packaging machine on a buffer. The new carton box will be automatically pushed in position and the next box packing procedure can begin. We have used the following packing pattern:

Packing size: Carton (inside dimensions: 615x395x400 mm)

The box preparation on the infeed belt and the buffer procedure with finished cartons / removal and closing of them has to be done manually by the staff.
