Automatic Machine for Pre-Stretch film rewinding
The main advantage of this machine is pre-stretching effect while rewinding. Pre-stretching is the process which allows initial stretch film to become thinner before being applied to a load. It becomes about 5-8 μm of thickness but still remains strength and break resistance.
According to technical data pre-stretching may reach 400%. It means you use less film by weight to wrap a given load, in turn creating less packaging wastes. In addition, this thinner gauge also helps you to get more film per reel leading to a reduction in film deliveries and associated vehicle emissions. This provides substantial financial savings.
